Home of the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1909 to 1970 and the Homestead Greys from 1922 to 1939, it was the first great steel and concrete ballpark in America.  Most famous as the site of Bill Mazeroski's World Series ending home run in 1960. After demolition in 1970, all that remains is a portion of the left field brick wall.  Fans gather there every October 13th to comemorate the 1960 championship.
